Led by Kassy Montgomery, RDN, LD, CDCES, this weekly series offers practical tips, easy whole-food recipes, and a deeper understanding of the science behind blood sugar regulation.
This nutrition group in Portland is ideal for anyone curious about how to manage their blood sugar—whether you’re new to monitoring or have been struggling with stability for some time. You’ll leave each session with more confidence, more clarity, and tools you can put into action right away.
