Book Discussion Group

Whole Health Through Mindfulness, Nature, and Connection.
Join us on Monday evenings in Portland for a cozy and inspiring series of book discussion-centered gatherings, led by Dr. WendyLeigh White. These intimate, in-person circles are designed to nourish the heart and mind through meaningful conversation, reflection, and shared wisdom. Whether you’re looking to reconnect with your purpose, explore themes of healing and reciprocity, or deepen your self-care through seasonal wellness, our monthly book circles offer a grounding and enriching experience.
Each month features a carefully chosen book by a visionary author whose work speaks to themes of personal growth, ecological awareness, women’s health, and soulful living. Together, we’ll read, reflect, and hold space for one another and engage in thoughtful book discussion.
