Find Transformation Though Curiosity, Creativity and Connection
Join us for a 5-week journey into self-awareness and spiritual growth through Embodied Imagination, a practice inspired by the work of Carl Jung. Instead of analyzing your inner world, you’ll explore it with curiosity, creativity, and connection. Led by licensed therapist Beth Bogdon, LPC, this series offers a safe space to listen deeply—to yourself and others. Here, presence replaces problem-solving, and your life experiences become a source of insight and healing.
Each class includes guided visualization, creative expression (drawing and journaling), and small group sharing. You’ll leave with personal insights, a deeper sense of inner wisdom, and practices you can use in daily life.
This class is open to anyone seeking soulful growth. No experience with Jungian psychology is required—just a willingness to show up as you are.
🗓 Dates: Thursdays – May 15 through June 12
⏱ Time: 5:30–7:30 PM
🖍 Extras: Bring a journal, colored pencils, and an open heart
💵 Cost: $100 for all 5 classes
