Tension Release Exercise Group

Shake Off Stress. Release What No Longer Serves You.
Join us for this weekly TRE® group to gently release stress, tension, and trauma held in the body. Tension Releasing Exercises (also known as Trauma Release Exercises) are a series of simple movements designed to activate your body’s natural reflex for shaking—allowing you to discharge deeply held muscular patterns and regulate your nervous system.
Led by Maija Ryan, LCSW, this small group class fosters safety, connection, and individualized support. Each session includes a grounding circle at the beginning and end to help you integrate the experience with care and community.
