SUMMARY:Peace of Mind: A Monthly Grounding Circle
DESCRIPTION:A Place to Ground\nIn a world that is often loud\, busy\, and full of constant demands\, it’s not always easy to find a place to truly be still. \nPeace of Mind Grounding Circle is a monthly space created for quiet\, calm\, and connection—a place where you can step away from the noise and come back to yourself. \nTogether\, we gather in a grounded\, intentional environment designed for introspection and centeredness. A space where you can listen to your own thoughts\, your body\, and your inner voice… without interruption. \nWhat to Expect\nWe’ll begin each circle with grounding\, setting intention to seal our circle\, and meditate into a calm mind and body. \nThe channeled meditations will bring your awareness to physical sensations in the body\, emotions you are carrying\, and messages your soul is ready to hear. \nYou are welcome to bring a journal or any material you like to use for keeping track of your thoughts and inspiring realizations you will experience. \nThere will always be time to share\, reflect\, and connect if you choose. Some days you may want to share. Other days you might want to listen and be still with your thoughts. In this judge-free and compassionate zone\, you’re invited to explore your inner voice while the energy is being held to fully support you. \nWe will close the circle with a releasing prayer and an intention affirmation for the weeks to come. \n______ \nPeace of Mind Grounding Circle Event Details\nWhen: Saturday\, May 23rd \nTime: 2:00 – 3:30 PM \nCost: $35 \n_______ \nMeet Darlene\nAlways playful and intuitive\, Darlene is a unique and fun-loving Energy Healer\, Reiki Master Teacher\, and Spiritual Mentor. Even before finding Reiki 21 years ago and entering this magical world of intuition and deep energetic connection\, Darlene provided warm\, loving environments for children in the classroom and special family programs for parents and caregivers through local community centers. The main goal was to always create safe\, loving environments where everybody felt understood\, appreciated\, and magical. \nHer focus has naturally expanded into supporting intuitive and highly aware individuals in learning how to live with and trust what they sense around and within themselves—without overwhelm. Darlene’s approach is grounded\, practical\, and deeply respectful of each person’s experience. \nAny circle or gathering Darlene facilitates offers a sense of calm\, compassion\, and tenderness. Your time there will be free from pressure—a space where you can slow down\, listen inward\, and reconnect with your own clarity. Darlene is highly skilled at creating environments where people can exhale\, settle\, and begin to hear their own inner voice. It isn’t about fixing something that is broken; it is about allowing yourself time in a loving space surrounded by community\, where you can return to yourself and trust what you find there. \n  \n_______ \n\n\n \n \n Class Registration\n Sign up below to reserve your spot! SUMMARY:Seasonal Herbal Remedy Series
DESCRIPTION:Join Dr. Sam Koerner for a seasonal herbal remedy series! In this series\, you’ll learn how to make your own herbal remedies to stay healthy and nourished during each season of the year. \n\nSpring Sessions:\nMilk Thistle Gomasio\nThis nourishing herbal seasoning is traditionally aligned with springtime wellness\, a season associated with renewal\, movement\, and gentle cleansing after the heavier patterns of winter. Spring is often viewed as a time to support the liver and digestion\, and milk thistle seed has long been used in herbal traditions for its affinity with liver function and metabolic balance. By incorporating ground milk thistle into a gomasio blend with sesame seeds\, mineral-rich sea salt\, and supportive herbs\, this recipe offers a simple way to bring liver-supportive plants into daily meals. \nHeadache Roll-Ons\nDuring spring allergy season\, headaches often arise from sinus congestion\, inflammation\, and tension triggered by environmental allergens. Creating your own headache roll-on offers a simple\, portable way to support relief during these flare-ups. By blending properly diluted essential oils known for their cooling\, calming\, and tension-easing properties into a carrier oil\, you can make a topical remedy that’s easy to apply to the temples\, forehead\, or back of the neck as symptoms arise. In this class you’ll be able to personalize your own blend and support seasonal headache management as part of a holistic spring wellness routine. \nDates: Second and fourth Saturday of each month \n\nApril 11\nApril 25\nMay 9\nMay 23\n\nTime: 5:30 – 6:30 PM \nCost: $35 \n\nMeet Your Instructor\nSam Koerner is a naturopathic doctor who believes healing happens when we restore connection; when we slow down\, listen to what the body is saying\, and bring harmony back to all parts of ourselves. Dr. Koerner’s approach is about supporting that natural intelligence within each person and helping it do what it’s meant to do: heal. \nSpace is limited — register now to reserve your spot! \n\n \n \n Class Registration\n Sign up below to reserve your spot! SUMMARY:Yoga for Hypermobility & EDS
DESCRIPTION:Building Stability and Body Awareness\nThis class is designed for people with hypermobile bodies\, including those living with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) or hypermobility spectrum disorders. \nWe’ll explore slow\, controlled yoga movements that build joint stability\, strength\, and body awareness. Practices emphasize working within supportive ranges of motion\, improving proprioception\, and developing muscular support around joints. \nClasses are primarily movement-based yoga practice\, with brief guidance to help students understand how to move safely and effectively in hypermobile bodies. \nStudents are welcome to attend the full 6-week series or join individual classes as drop-ins. \nNo prior yoga experience is required. \n\nSeries Focus\nWeek 1: Understanding Hypermobility in Movement\nLearning how to work within supportive ranges of motion. We explore neutral joint alignment\, micro-bends\, and the difference between mobility and stability through slow\, simple yoga poses. \nWeek 2: Proprioception & Body Awareness\nPractices that improve awareness of joint position and movement. We use slow transitions\, small-range movements\, and props such as blocks or the wall to support body awareness. \nWeek 3: Joint Stability & Co-Contraction\nDeveloping muscular support around joints through gentle strengthening and co-contraction. The practice includes low-load strength work and isometric holds that stabilize shoulders and hips. \nWeek 4: Moving with Control\nLearning to move with precision rather than momentum. We explore slow transitions\, coordination patterns\, and controlled flowing movements. \nWeek 5: Nervous System Regulation\nPractices that support recovery and reduce tension in the body. This class includes breathwork\, restorative postures\, and pacing strategies to support nervous system balance. \nWeek 6: Integration & Personal Practice\nBringing the elements together into a sustainable yoga practice. Students learn how to modify yoga safely and apply the tools from the series in everyday movement. \n\nMark Your Calendar\nDates: Saturdays – \n\nApril 11\nApril 25\nMay 9\nMay 23\nJune 6\nJune 20\n\nTime: 6:00 -7:15PM \nCost: $39 per session \nExtras: Chairs and props provided \n\nMeet Zsuzsanna\nI’ve been practicing yoga for over 18 years and teach with a focus on presence and curiosity. My classes support strength\, mobility\, and body awareness\, with space for students to explore what works best for their own bodies. I completed my foundational training with Suniti Dernovsek at the People’s Yoga and continued with Sarahjoy Marsh through a 300-hour advanced training and an 800-hour yoga therapy program that integrates yoga\, neuroscience and psychology. I encourage students to practice in ways that feel sustainable\, accessible and aligned with their own experience. In addition to group classes\, I offer one-on-one yoga therapy and make small-batch chocolate. Learn more about my work at yogaandchocolate.com. \nSpace is limited — register now to reserve your spot! \n\n \n \n Class Registration\n Sign up below to reserve your spot!
