For years yoga was only something I did for myself after teaching different fitness classes\, but in 2022 I completed my 200 hour and began my journey as a Vinyasa instructor. I also became certified in four newer fitness formats that were yoga-based\, but also intertwined traditional practices that use shaking and vibration to encourage the releasing of stagnant energy and stored trauma within the body. \nI had come to love the inter-connected workings that happen within our brains and bodies through my many trainings\, as well as my personal journey of healing with a severe concussion.
