SUMMARY:Chakra Clearing Meditation with Mudras
DESCRIPTION:Chakra Clearing Meditation\nThis guided chakra clearing meditation is a gentle yet powerful practice designed to support energetic clearing and balance. Using specific hand mudras\, participants are guided to open and connect each of the seven chakras\, allowing energy to move freely through the body. \nThe meditation intentionally links the chakra system with the grounding energy of the Earth below and the expansive energy of the “Heavens” above\, creating a clear vertical flow that supports release\, alignment\, and integration. Through this connection\, stagnant or heavy energy is invited to clear naturally\, making space for greater clarity\, presence\, and ease. \nThis meditation was created by Leong Tang of Sum Phat Meditation and was passed on through teaching by Meg Laughlin. The practice is accessible to beginners and experienced meditators alike\, and is done seated\, with focused attention on breath\, hand positions\, and energetic awareness. \nParticipants may experience a sense of grounding\, lightness\, emotional release\, or deep calm. Each experience is unique\, and all are welcome just as they are. \nNo prior meditation or mudra experience is required. \n___________ \nWhen: Every Monday\, 7:45 – 8:45AM \nCost: $15 \n___________ \nMeet Your Instructor\nAs a naturopathic physician\, Serron Wilkie\, ND honors your unique preferences and wisdom\, as she offers guidance through dis-ease transitions to find health so that you can live a life that is full\, satisfying\, peaceful and holds the freedom and sweetness that awareness can bring. Outside of work to cultivate her own wellbeing\, she maintains a meditation practice that she’s excited to share with you. \n\n\n \n \n Class Registration\n Sign up below to reserve your spot! SUMMARY:Family Constellation Group
DESCRIPTION:Reveal the Hidden Patterns That Shape Your Life\nJoin us for an ongoing group experience in Systemic Constellation\, a profound therapeutic method that helps uncover the unseen dynamics influencing your relationships\, health\, purpose\, and more. Led by Dr. Ava Gettinger\, ND\, each session offers space for personal growth and communal healing. \nRooted in family systems theory and ancestral trauma work\, Systemic Constellation offers a unique lens for exploring the forces that shape our lives—often without our awareness. Whether you bring a personal challenge or come to witness\, each group session offers healing insight and the possibility of deep transformation. \nThis event is ideal for those seeking clarity\, healing\, or emotional release in a supportive community setting. Learn more about Family Constellations Therapy here. \n\nDates: 1st & 3rd Mondays – Ongoing \nTime: 6:00–7:30 PM \nCost: $50 per session \nSpace is limited — reserve your spot today! \n\nHosted By Ava Gettinger\, ND\nHealth is more than just disease. It is vitality\, resiliency\, and capacity. My perspective on the healing journey is that it provides one of the greatest opportunities to get to know ourselves and align with our purpose. When you make the effort to know yourself well\, you can more easily adapt to the world around you and become less burdened by its numerous challenges. \nBecoming conscious in this way allows you to recognize what habits & environments are serving you and those that are not. In turn\, this supports your vitality on an emotional\, spiritual and physical level\, leading to an ability to integrate parts of yourself that were once challenging to face. \n\n \n \n Class Registration\n Sign up below to reserve your spot! SUMMARY:Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra Meditation
DESCRIPTION:Move Through Your Week with Ease & Balance\nRestorative yoga is a therapeutic\, gentle style of yoga suitable for people of all ages and skill levels. The practice moves at a slow pace\, with long holds and a focus on the breath. You will be encouraged to use props to support your body\, rather than pushing against it. \nThe practice activates the parasympathetic or “rest & digest” nervous system – cultivating nervous system resiliency\, or one’s ability to shift into the parasympathetic state\, on & off the mat. The class closes with a yoga nidra meditation which transalates to “yogic sleep”. This practice aims to take you into a state between sleep & wakefulness\, similar to the state achieved through deep meditation – this state is said to be 3x more restful than the same amount of time spent sleeping. \nHosted by Dr. Alexis Alcorn. \n_________________ \nWhen: Mondays from 8:00-9:00PM \nCost: $29 \n_______ \nMeet Dr. Alexis Alcorn\nAs a provider\, I empower\, educate\, and support you on your journey toward embodying the best version of yourself. I keep your goals in mind when offering my educated opinion\, with a deep knowing that no two people have the same lived experience. SUMMARY:Embodied Yoga: A Yoga Therapy-Informed Practice
DESCRIPTION:Discover Embodied Yoga\nThis is an accessible yoga class informed by the principles of yoga therapy\, offering a whole-person approach that supports the physical\, mental\, emotional\, and inner dimensions of experience. Each  session may include gentle to moderate movement\, mindful strength-building\, breathwork (pranayama)\, mindfulness and somatic practices\, and grounding techniques to support nervous system regulation and embodied awareness. \nClasses are responsive to who arrives. Some days may feel like a slow\, mindful flow; other days may offer more therapeutic pacing\, chair-based options\, or space for inquiry and integration. Depending on the group and intention\, we may also explore sound\, simple chant\, or mantra as supportive tools for presence and regulation. Practices are often informed by seasonal rhythms and Ayurvedic principles. \nFor those curious about yoga therapy\, this class offers a gentle entry point — a shared container to slow down\, tune in\, and explore with curiosity and intention. While this is a group yoga class\, it reflects the broader scope of yoga therapy by weaving movement\, breath\, philosophy\, and self-inquiry into an adaptable\, co-created practice that may be soft or strong\, quiet or dynamic\, depending on who arrives and what is needed. \nWant to know more about yoga therapy? Read about it here! \nMark Your Calendar\nDates: Every Tuesday \nTime: 10:00 – 11:15AM \nCost: $39 per session \nExtras: Mats and props provided — feel free to bring your own for comfort \nNote: This class is capped at 4 people per session\, so don’t wait to sign up! \n\nMeet Maya\nMaya Lake-Freeman is a Certified Yoga Therapist and experienced yoga teacher specializing in trauma-informed yoga therapy and accessible\, mindful movement practices. SUMMARY:Movement to Stillness Meditation
DESCRIPTION:This simple four-part movement-to-stillness meditation is scheduled in the early evening to let go of the accumulated stress of the day. We’ll begin with gentle shaking to loosen tension\, shift into free\, joyful movement\, then settle into quiet sitting or lying down to silently witness the body and the self. Everything in the movement to stillness meditation class is invitational with lots of options—seated or standing\, tiny movements or bigger ones\, eyes open or closed. Come as you are and leave more spacious\, grounded\, and clear. \nWho it’s for: Anyone seeking a gentle way to discharge stress\, lift mood\, and settle into deep calm —great for people who carry stress\, have busy minds\, or have trouble dropping straight into seated meditation. \nGoals: Loosen and mobilize stuck energy through shaking and free movement; shift into quiet observation; finish grounded\, relaxed\, and clear. \n_______ \nWhen: Every Tuesday and Thursday \nTime: 4:30 – 5:30 PM \nCost: $29 per session \n_______ \nMeet Briana\nBriana is a transformational life coach\, somatic practitioner\, and trauma-informed breathwork guide. Through an integrative blend of somatic awareness\, movement\, meditation\, and breathwork\, she helps people reconnect with their innate wisdom\, release what no longer serves\, and embody their most authentic selves. Her work bridges insight and embodiment—supporting nervous system empowerment\, emotional healing\, and holistic integration through the body\, breath\, and spirit. \n  \n\n \n \n Class Registration\n Sign up below to reserve your spot! I strive to provide education so that you can lead a lifestyle that accomplishes such a goal. This also enables you to take control of decisions about your own health and enables shared decision making in the doctor-patient relationship. \nTo schedule an appointment with Dr. Conway\, call 503-956-9396 or contact us now to schedule an appointment today. \nSpace is limited — register now to reserve your spot!\n\n \n \n Class Registration\n Sign up below to reserve your spot! I completed my foundational training with Suniti Dernovsek at the People’s Yoga and continued with Sarahjoy Marsh through a 300-hour advanced training and an 800-hour yoga therapy program that integrates yoga\, neuroscience and psychology. I encourage students to practice in ways that feel sustainable\, accessible and aligned with their own experience. In addition to group classes\, I offer one-on-one yoga therapy and make small-batch chocolate.
These practices became essential tools for centering myself\, finding balance\, and deepening my connection to my inner world. Along the way\, I discovered the profound impact of sound baths and began participating in them regularly. Their ability to calm the nervous system\, release emotional blockages\, and create space for healing inspired me deeply. \n \nA few years ago\, I started collecting sound bowls and other instruments\, incorporating them into my own daily self-care and spiritual practice. What began as a personal exploration gradually evolved into something I felt called to share. I recently began offering sound bath sessions to others\, creating nurturing\, immersive experiences that support relaxation\, presence\, and inner harmony. \nI feel a deep sense of joy and alignment when guiding sound baths and am honored to offer this healing modality to others. It’s a practice that continues to nourish me as I hold space for others on their own healing paths.

SUMMARY:Seasonal Herbal Remedy Series
DESCRIPTION:Join Dr. Sam Koerner for a seasonal herbal remedy series! In this series\, you’ll learn how to make your own herbal remedies to stay healthy and nourished during each season of the year. \n\nSpring Sessions:\nMilk Thistle Gomasio\nThis nourishing herbal seasoning is traditionally aligned with springtime wellness\, a season associated with renewal\, movement\, and gentle cleansing after the heavier patterns of winter. Spring is often viewed as a time to support the liver and digestion\, and milk thistle seed has long been used in herbal traditions for its affinity with liver function and metabolic balance. By incorporating ground milk thistle into a gomasio blend with sesame seeds\, mineral-rich sea salt\, and supportive herbs\, this recipe offers a simple way to bring liver-supportive plants into daily meals. \nHeadache Roll-Ons\nDuring spring allergy season\, headaches often arise from sinus congestion\, inflammation\, and tension triggered by environmental allergens. Creating your own headache roll-on offers a simple\, portable way to support relief during these flare-ups. By blending properly diluted essential oils known for their cooling\, calming\, and tension-easing properties into a carrier oil\, you can make a topical remedy that’s easy to apply to the temples\, forehead\, or back of the neck as symptoms arise. In this class you’ll be able to personalize your own blend and support seasonal headache management as part of a holistic spring wellness routine. \nDates: Second and fourth Saturday of each month \n\nApril 11\nApril 25\nMay 9\nMay 23\n\nTime: 5:30 – 6:30 PM \nCost: $35 \n\nMeet Your Instructor\nSam Koerner is a naturopathic doctor who believes healing happens when we restore connection; when we slow down\, listen to what the body is saying\, and bring harmony back to all parts of ourselves. SUMMARY:Yoga for Hypermobility & EDS
DESCRIPTION:Building Stability and Body Awareness\nThis class is designed for people with hypermobile bodies\, including those living with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) or hypermobility spectrum disorders. \nWe’ll explore slow\, controlled yoga movements that build joint stability\, strength\, and body awareness. Practices emphasize working within supportive ranges of motion\, improving proprioception\, and developing muscular support around joints. \nClasses are primarily movement-based yoga practice\, with brief guidance to help students understand how to move safely and effectively in hypermobile bodies. \nStudents are welcome to attend the full 6-week series or join individual classes as drop-ins. \nNo prior yoga experience is required. \n\nSeries Focus\nWeek 1: Understanding Hypermobility in Movement\nLearning how to work within supportive ranges of motion. We explore neutral joint alignment\, micro-bends\, and the difference between mobility and stability through slow\, simple yoga poses. \nWeek 2: Proprioception & Body Awareness\nPractices that improve awareness of joint position and movement. We use slow transitions\, small-range movements\, and props such as blocks or the wall to support body awareness. \nWeek 3: Joint Stability & Co-Contraction\nDeveloping muscular support around joints through gentle strengthening and co-contraction. The practice includes low-load strength work and isometric holds that stabilize shoulders and hips. \nWeek 4: Moving with Control\nLearning to move with precision rather than momentum. We explore slow transitions\, coordination patterns\, and controlled flowing movements. \nWeek 5: Nervous System Regulation\nPractices that support recovery and reduce tension in the body. This class includes breathwork\, restorative postures\, and pacing strategies to support nervous system balance. \nWeek 6: Integration & Personal Practice\nBringing the elements together into a sustainable yoga practice. Students learn how to modify yoga safely and apply the tools from the series in everyday movement. \n\nMark Your Calendar\nDates: Saturdays – \n\nApril 11\nApril 25\nMay 9\nMay 23\nJune 6\nJune 20\n\nTime: 6:00 -7:15PM \nCost: $39 per session \nExtras: Chairs and props provided \n\nMeet Zsuzsanna\nI’ve been practicing yoga for over 18 years and teach with a focus on presence and curiosity. My classes support strength\, mobility\, and body awareness\, with space for students to explore what works best for their own bodies. Learn more about my work at yogaandchocolate.com. \nSpace is limited — register now to reserve your spot! \n\n \n \n Class Registration\n Sign up below to reserve your spot!
