As a result\, Corrie is a staunch advocate for trauma-informed yoga practices that are accessible to a variety of learning styles. Yoga is for every body– regardless of age\, gender\, and seen/unseen disabilities. \nCorrie received her yoga teacher certification in early 2025\, and has been teaching since throughout the Portland metro area and the Columbia River Gorge. She is currently working towards her 500-hour advanced teaching certification. Her sister introduced her to yoga while Corrie was recovering from a severe illness as a teenager that limited her ability to exercise. She is proud to note that she has since made a full recovery– with the support of her yoga practice! Corrie also lives with ADHD. As a result\, Corrie is a staunch advocate for trauma-informed yoga practices that are accessible to a variety of learning styles. Yoga is for every body– regardless of age\, gender\, and seen/unseen disabilities. \nCorrie received her yoga teacher certification in early 2025\, and has been teaching since throughout the Portland metro area and the Columbia River Gorge. She is currently working towards her 500-hour advanced teaching certification. As a result\, Corrie is a staunch advocate for trauma-informed yoga practices that are accessible to a variety of learning styles.
