This a slow\, calming practice designed to help you unwind and reset. \nThis yin yoga class is a gentle\, floor-based style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods (typically a few minutes at a time) to deeply stretch the connective tissues\, improve flexibility\, and encourage stillness in both body and mind. \nIn this class\, we’ll settle into simple\, supported shapes and focus on relaxed breathing\, allowing gravity and time to do the work rather than effort or intensity. You’ll be invited to go at your own pace\, with options to adjust or come out of poses whenever you need. This is a space to slow down\, release tension\, and cultivate a sense of ease—perfect for easing out of the day and leaving feeling grounded\, open\, and deeply restored. \nAll levels welcome! \n\nMark Your Calendar\nDates: Every Saturday \nTime: 12:00 – 1:30 PM \nCost: $49 per session \n\nMeet Alessa\nAlessa Midtlyng received her RYT 200 hour certification from Pachananda Yoga Teacher Training Program in Cusco\, Peru in 2020\, with a focus on Vinyasa and Restorative. She first sought out yoga in 2016 when she began to venture onto the healing path and she then quickly found that yoga was the gateway to mental health and physical wellbeing. Over the years\, her personal practice and teaching have expanded  to include a deep love for practicing and sharing yin\, where she witnessed transformative results in the realm of integration\, sleep\, nervous system regulation\, and self awareness.
