Through breath\, movement\, and guided relaxation\, you’ll learn to recognize when stress has taken hold — and how to find your way back to yourself. \nAt the heart of this class is the practice of checking in — pausing to notice what is present in your body\, your mind\, and your heart. She brings a whole-person\, trauma-informed approach to every class — one rooted in the belief that sustainable change becomes possible when the body feels safe enough to support it. \nKate has a deep personal understanding of what it means to have a more complex relationship with your body\, and she is especially passionate about creating spaces where everyone feels genuinely welcome. She loves being part of those moments when someone feels a little more capable\, a little more steady\, and a little more confident in themselves.
