I hold a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine with certifications in Natural Childbirth and Holistic Pelvic Floor Therapy, and I am a certified kids yoga teacher. I apprenticed as a midwife for 3 years, gaining extensive experience with pregnancy and postpartum care.
