Dr Aimee Patterson ND

Dr. Aimee Patterson, ND, is passionate about developing relationship-based connections which encourages individuals to look deeply into their lives and to let go of what no longer serves them so that they can step fully into a place of healing and happiness. This practice embodies the naturopathic principal of removing obstacles to health to allow space for abundance.

With a focus on Mental Health and Trauma Informed Care, I strive to meet people where they are on their path towards discovery. I believe that my role is as educator and cheerleader; to hold the space and help create a vision of what a radiant, full, peaceful life looks like for you, the unique individual. I know that by working together, you can transition towards a happier, brighter tomorrow.

Education and Affiliations

I received my doctorate in naturopathic medicine from ​NUNM​, the National University of Naturopathic Medicine, where I earned honors in Medical Genetics and Homeopathy. I sought out clinical rotations in Trans Medicine, Women’s Health, Environmental Health and the collaborative Mental Health shifts with Pacific University.

At the University of Oregon, I received a Bachelors of Science with a double major in Psychology and Women & Gender Studies. I was a member of Bridges, a panel program designed to promote education and dialogue about the lives of LGTBQIA individuals. I had the distinct privilege of being a research assistant to Drs. Pamela Birrell and Jennifer Freyd for their theory regarding the interplay between trauma and betrayal.

Outside of Work

I sincerely believe in ‘walking the talk’ and strive to create a balance between my work and home life. I enjoy cooking, gardening, the gorgeous nature of Oregon, my numerous animals and purposeful movement such as hoop-dance, yoga, running, weight lifting and aerial silks.
