Foundations of health for a full life
The foundations of our health are the most basic components of our life that we tend to put off when anything else comes up. Prioritizing yourself is crucial in your health journey to feel your best so that you can do the things you love with the people you love. When working with me we will look at your daily habits that have the biggest impact on your overall health. These include perspective, diet, movement, sleep, and stress levels.
Through our work together, I plan to support you while you give yourself the gift of time and care that you deserve. We will work to unpack barriers that keep you from implementing the lifestyle and nutrition habits you desire. We will work to determine the root-cause of these barriers and apply strategies that make the healthy choice, the easy choice so that you feel your best as often as possible. When we feel like the best version of ourselves, we can do more of what we enjoy, be there for the ones we love and live life more fully.
Stress-less around meal times
Meals are a wonderful opportunity to experience enjoyment. They can be the only time of the day that we get to sit down with friends and family and connect. Our meals are a time for us to nourish our bodies. They are a time to relax and unwind. However, in our society today, it is easy to worry excessively about our food choices because much of the food on the shelves in the supermarket is highly processed and can contribute to why we do not feel like our best selves. I will help break down confusion around healthful eating patterns and help you to feel confident in your choices around meal times.
We will look at quick recipes, grocery shopping tips, time savers in the kitchen and meal planning strategies to empower you on your health journey. I am here to troubleshoot with you, help you create a balanced meal pattern that you and your loved ones enjoy so that you can relax and rejuvenate during meal times.
A supportive, uplifting approach to change
During our sessions together, I will listen to your story about food and health. I will inquire deeply about the future you see for yourself and what would feel most supportive on the path to get there. Along the way, I may discuss different applicable topics like nutrition, sleep, stress, hydration, blood sugar balance, the microbiome, movement, mindfulness and more. I will help lift you up to create the life and health you long for.

Education and background
I graduated with my bachelor of science degree in nutrition science from Keene State College in New Hampshire in 2015. I completed my dietetic internship at Oregon State University in 2016. I have worked in the primary care setting. For 6 years I worked at the Randall Children’s Hospital Diabetes and Endocrine Center, where I became a certified diabetes care and education specialist (CDCES) and a certified insulin pump trainer. For the past 2 years I have worked at a naturopathic clinic as an outpatient integrative dietitian. I completed training in adult and pediatric weight management, and am experienced in applying functional medicine principles to a variety of chronic health conditions. I am currently enrolled in advanced training in functional nutrition therapy and am passionate about continually building my skills as a dietitian.
Outside of Work
You can find me on my bike visiting friends, going to yoga classes, and taking my very large dog, a pyrenees hound mix, to the park. I love going to new restaurants and concerts with friends, hiking, and reading. I am a true nerd and love to continue learning about nutrition and lifestyle that helps people feel their very best.
Please reach out to your insurance to confirm registered dietitian coverage before making your appointment.
