Empowering Your Health Journey
I believe that true healing happens when patients can feel seen, heard, and supported for who they are and what they are experiencing. You deserve an experience that leaves you feeling truly cared for, informed, and empowered to make your healthcare decisions. I’m passionate about working with my patients to help them reach their health goals and build strong foundations for overall wellness.
Supporting Women’s Health Through Every Stage
As a Naturopathic Doctor in Oregon, my approach blends holistic therapies such as botanical medicine, pelvic floor therapy, nutrition, and lifestyle counseling with conventional approaches, including pharmaceuticals when necessary. I offer women’s health care supporting reproductive and hormone health and addressing conditions such as PMS/PMDD, endometriosis, PCOS, and more. I also offer adjunctive fertility and postpartum care. My care can be beneficial to anyone with a uterus/ovaries and/or who was assigned female at birth. I welcome trans and non-binary individuals who may benefit from my services to book with me. I strive to offer individualized, compassionate, and inclusive care to all folks.

A Passion for Individualized Care & Rebuilding Community
I was lucky enough to know my passion for medicine from a young age, but growing up in the Midwest I didn’t know Naturopathic Medicine existed. I completed my Bachelor of Science with contributions from both Purdue University and the American College of Healthcare Sciences, adding in courses on nutrition, botanical medicine, and other holistic modalities whenever I could. I later discovered Naturopathic Medicine when applying for medical schools in Oregon, and it aligned with my values and ideals of what medicine should look like: empowering, holistic, and working towards a healthcare system that honors the individual. I then earned my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, Oregon, where I had the honor of serving as the commencement speaker for clinical programs.
Throughout my training, I focused on integrative women’s health, fertility and postpartum support, pelvic floor therapy, and advanced nutrition. Beyond clinical care, I am passionate about developing community wellness resources to help make healthcare information more accessible, and rebuilding a modern “village” of support through mutual aid and community building.
