Move and Groove Yoga
Experience the perfect blend of movement and mindfulness in our Move and Groove yoga class. This class combines the fluid, dynamic sequences of Vinyasa with the grounding and alignment-focused poses of Hatha, all set to a playlist of songs we all know and love. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this class offers a balanced practice that strengthens the body, calms the mind, and leaves you feeling rejuvenated. Come for the movement, stay for the vibe! Taught by our in house registered dietitian and diabetes educator Kassy. Drop in classes are 18.00 or you may purchase a 5- class package at the front desk for 75.00.
