Heart Spring Health providers and staff are excited to say that as of June 3rd, 2024 we have officially moved into our new location!
Our new address is 7886 SE 13th Avenue on the corner of SE Lexington Street in Portland, Oregon.
We have found the perfect space in the lovely Sellwood neighborhood and it allows us to offer, in addition to our usual one-on-one care, a greater diversity in services, classes, and an increased ability to serve you.
The space is in a lively, walkable neighborhood, and is vibrant with lots of light. We are excited that this larger space allows us to bring you several additional services including:
- A Neuro-wellness Program
- Mind/Body Classes; such as yoga, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, meditation, and movement classes with support and guidance for resistance and strength training.
- Increased Access to Nutrient IV Therapy
- Health and Wellness Classes, including cooking demonstrations and classes on mindful nourishing meals.
