Autumn is a seasonal time of transition, of integration, and harvesting from the action of summer. My Autumnal Sound offering is a space to explore slowing down and bringing our inner relationship to our sacral center into focus. In this space lies emotional depth and I call forward the intention to work with strengthening and balancing your emotional states.
