Cooking for ADHD
This class/ support group is designed for people who have ADHD and struggle getting enough food in, or knowing what to eat. Repeating this class to form a community and for accountability is encouraged, but not necessary. During this cooking class, there is an emphasis based on quick meals and batch cooking staples that can be used for various meals. We will also talk about how to remember to eat, and focus on essential macronutrients/ micronutrients to support ADHD. We will be sure to save time to enjoy our cooked meal at the end!
