You’ll learn which foods help reduce inflammation, common dietary habits that may contribute to it, and practical ways to create balanced, nourishing meals.
This class focuses on realistic, sustainable changes rather than restrictive diets. Participants will leave with simple meal-building strategies, grocery shopping tips, recipe inspiration, and a deeper understanding of how to use food as a tool for long-term health and vitality.
