Every wellness journey is different, and insurance benefits vary by plan. Before enrolling in Radiant Health, please review the following:

Radiant Health is a voluntary, self-pay wellness membership. It is not health insurance and does not replace insurance or Medicare.
Membership benefits cannot be applied to insurance-covered services and do not reduce copays, deductibles, coinsurance, or visit limits.
Medical services are billed separately to insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid when applicable.
If your massage is covered by insurance, it must be billed to insurance and scheduled separately from your membership massage.
Enrollment is voluntary and not required to receive care at Heart Spring Health.
Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. Unused monthly sessions do not roll over.
Meal plans are educational and are not medical nutrition therapy.

Radiant Health Membership FAQ

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

No. Radiant Health is month-to-month. If you choose the 25% prepay discount, that requires a 3-month commitment paid in full.

How do I book my massage or Reiki session?

Book your monthly massage by calling us at 503-956-9396. Reiki sessions and classes can be booked through our front desk or online.

Does Radiant Health replace my insurance?

No. Radiant Health is a voluntary, self-pay wellness membership. It doesn't replace insurance or Medicare, can't be applied to covered services, and doesn't change your copays, deductibles, or visit limits.

Can my insurance cover my massage instead?

If your massage is covered by insurance, it must be billed to insurance and scheduled separately from your membership massage.

Can I use HSA or FSA funds?

Membership fees generally aren't eligible HSA or FSA expenses. Please check with your plan administrator.

How do I cancel?

Email [email protected] by the 17th of the month to cancel before your next billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes! Each month you get one free guest class. Refer a friend to class and you'll also get 50% off a drop-in class.
