Each month, your membership includes:
– 1 in-person training session per month
– 4 weeks of planned training for the month

Can I share my membership with someone else?
Memberships are for individual use only and are non-transferable.
What is the minimum amount of time I must commit to my membership?
When you sign up for any of our memberships, you are committing to 6 months at minimum. You may renew or cancel your membership(s) after one year.
What is the minimum amount of time I must commit to an add-on bundle?
When you sign up for any of our add-on bundles, you are committing to three months at minimum. You may renew or cancel your bundle(s) after three months.
Can I pause or cancel my membership and/or add-on bundle?
Yes! After you have met your minimum commitment, you can pause or cancel your membership and/or add-on bundle with two weeks’ notice. To cancel, please email us at [email protected].
Please cancel before the 18th of the month to avoid being charged and to allow us to offer your spot to someone on the waitlist. There are no cancellation fees, and while we’ll be sorry to see you go, we understand that life happens.
Are memberships and add-on bundles refundable?
Memberships and/or add-on bundles are non-refundable. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out — we’re happy to work with you.
Do I need to sign up for classes in advance?
Yes — pre-registration is required for all classes and workshops. Space is limited, so sign up early to secure your spot.
Can I attend a class without committing to a membership?
Absolutely! All of our classes are open to the community.
- Everyone receives 50% off their first class
- Existing patients receive 50% off two classes
- Bring a friend or refer someone and receive another 50% off

What is your class cancellation policy?
We ask that you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled class or workshop to avoid being charged and so that we can offer this spot others on the waitlist.
Can I bring a guest to class?
Yes! If you bring a friend or refer someone to attend a class, you’ll receive 50% off a drop-in class. It’s our way of saying thank you for helping us build community.
Get a Taste of Our Meal Plans
Our meal plans are lovingly created with a family of four in mind. Each recipe makes four servings and is designed to cook once and enjoy 2–3 times (because who doesn’t love leftovers that actually taste good?).
Cooking for fewer or more? No problem! You can easily double or triple the recipes to feed a crowd, or scale things down if you’re cooking for one or two. Just keep in mind: if you’re adjusting portions, you’ll want to tweak the grocery list too (halving it if you’re cooking for two, for example).
