Beginner-Friendly Training at Heart Spring Health

Our beginner-friendly personal training assumes no prior gym experience, no particular baseline fitness, and no background knowledge of equipment or technique. Trainers explain everything clearly, progress at your pace, and treat your questions as an essential part of the process.
We designed our program specifically for people who have felt like fitness spaces were not built for them. Our trainers are here for you from day one.
Your First Session
Starting something new takes courage. We want the logistics to be the easy part. Before your first session, you will complete a brief intake so your trainer understands your history, your goals, and any areas that require modification or extra attention. Sessions run 60 minutes and prioritize form, confidence, and comfort over intensity. Afterward, your trainer checks in directly, because your experience shapes the program going forward.
