Embarking On The Inward Journey Workshop

A Time to Go Inward
In the deep winter months, nature turns toward rest. It is a season of listening — of noticing what wants to go fallow so something new can take shape.
In this quiet turning, we let the soil of our inner life be enriched. The lotus flower grows in the muck; its beauty depends on the unseen work beneath the surface. So much happens in that moment before the bloom appears — a moment often full of uncertainty, surrender, and trust.
This workshop invites you into that space. Together, we’ll explore what is ready to be released, what needs to be composted and left to rest, and how to meet this threshold with presence.
Come sit with me.
Let’s enter a time of deep listening and attend to what is here — gently, honestly, and with curiosity for what may come next.
Below is an excerpt of what you can expect in this workshop, a short, guided recording on What Wants to Go Fallow.
