A Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy Group for Nervous System Care and Emotional Resilience

Join us for a 6-week yoga therapy group series designed to support emotional resilience, embodied healing, and nervous system care. Led by Maya Lake-Freeman, C-IAYT, this unique small-group experience blends gentle movement, breathwork, somatic tools, and community connection through the lens of the five elements.

This yoga therapy group is perfect for individuals navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, burnout, trauma, or life transitions. Whether you’re in therapy, caregiving, or simply seeking grounding, each session will offer tools to build resilience and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom. All practices are gentle, invitational, and accessible.
