Uplifting Strength and Conditioning Class

Ease into your weekend with an uplifting hour of music, mindful movement, and strength building. Designed for all fitness levels, this one-hour strength and condition class combines functional movement, resistance training, and mobility work to build strength, boost endurance, and support overall wellness. Head into your weekend feeling strong, energized, and connected.

Meet Your Instructors
Sarah Nelson, ND is dedicated to the science and art of healing, as well treating the whole you. She works closely with the mind-body connection, and believes the most effective treatments include the integration of her patients’ physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Her approach is both curious and nonjudgmental in nature.
Miquella Young, ND, LAc dives into the deeper messages that lie beyond a patients’ pain, trouble sleeping, anxiety, or depression. She understands that many people may have the same diagnosis as each other, but maintains that the way they express that diagnosis is unique to them. Dr. Young focuses more on her patients’ unique expressions, habit patterns, and cycles of illness and health than the disease labels they have been given.
