Supported Flow Yoga

Supported Flow Yoga for Everyone
This trauma-informed, choice-based yoga class is designed for students with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and other connective tissue considerations. This class is also designed for those living with chronic pain, fatigue, depression, anxiety, nervous system sensitivity, or fluctuating energy levels.
Each class offers clear variations, prop-supported options, and an emphasis on stability, strength, and nervous system regulation rather than pushing range of motion or intensity. Invitational language and pacing support students in honoring their body’s needs on any given day, with rest always welcome.
This practice is well-suited for people who benefit from adaptable movement, greater awareness of joint stability, and a supportive, non-judgmental environment. All bodies and all levels are welcome, including those returning to practice after injury, illness, or time away.
