Supportive & Safe Limited Mobility Yoga
This limited mobility yoga class will explore breath awareness, gentle mobility, and simple strengthening movements that support joint comfort, circulation, posture, and ease in the body. Movements are adaptable, and options are offered so students can participate in ways that feel supportive and safe, including by using a chair or props.
No prior yoga experience is required.

Meet Zsuzsanna
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 18 years and teach with a focus on presence and curiosity. My classes support strength, mobility, and body awareness, with space for students to explore what works best for their own bodies. I completed my foundational training with Suniti Dernovsek at the People’s Yoga and continued with Sarahjoy Marsh through a 300-hour advanced training and an 800-hour yoga therapy program that integrates yoga, neuroscience and psychology. I encourage students to practice in ways that feel sustainable, accessible and aligned with their own experience.
