Monday Yin Yoga Series

Monday Yin Yoga Series
Join Alessa on for a deeply restorative Monday Yin yoga series, open to participants of every background and skill level. If you’re looking for a midweek pause to reconnect with yourself, this is your space.
Yin yoga is a floor-based, meditative style of practice that invites you to sink into long-held, passive shapes. This practice will gently target the deeper layers of the body, including fascia, ligaments, and joints. Over time, this approach supports greater mobility, improved circulation, and a quieter, more settled mind.
Each session with Alessa guides you through a thoughtful sequence of supported postures, where the focus is on softening rather than striving. Breath becomes your anchor, and stillness becomes your practice. Modifications are always available, and you’re encouraged to honor what your body needs in each moment.
Think of this as your Monday reset!
No prior yoga experience necessary. Everyone is welcome exactly as they are.
