What to Expect: This session focuses on the placement of crystals along the main chakra meridian of the body where their piezoelectric effects are activated and enhanced via sound, reiki, and cranial sacral therapy. Please bring your own pillow and blanket for deeper relaxation.

Meet James
James Hadde has spent most of his life in Japan and Hawai’i working as an art teacher, scuba diving instructor, and vibrational healer. This geographic isolation nourished a window to view the human body as an island that floats in a sea of modern experience which contributes to and enhances anxiety, stress, depression, and an unbalanced nervous system.
Rapid injury rehabilitation and a shift toward improved mental health introduced him to yoga and vibrational healing where over the last decade he has sought training to assist himself and share this philosophy with others. He is RYT 200-hour yoga certified in Tatravana Yoga, a certified crystal healer, gong master and sound practitioner, trained in reiki through the Hawaii lineage, and has studied cranial sacral therapy here in Portland at Moving Mountain Institute. It is his pleasure to hold space for healing and exploration beyond allopathic medicine and to encourage an open heart and mind regarding the various complementary and holistic vibrational modalities which can tonify and relax body, mind, and soul.
