Simple Practices to Regulate, Ground, and Reconnect

Join us for a one-day class designed to introduce practical breathwork and mindfulness techniques that support nervous system regulation, reducing pain and tension. Led by Andrew Perry, this experiential session blends science-informed education with accessible tools for grounding, self-awareness, and stress relief.

This gentle evening workshop is ideal for individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, chronic pain, or simply seeking to feel more present and steady. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or want to deepen your self-regulation tools, you’ll leave with techniques you can use anytime. No special equipment required.
