Self-Care for Desk Workers

Move Better, Feel Better, Work Better
Join us for a one-day class designed to help desk workers relieve tension, prevent pain, and bring more ease into the body during and after long hours at a desk. Led by Andrew Perry, this movement-based workshop blends posture resets, mobility tools, and mindfulness techniques to support the modern workday body.
This accessible, body-friendly class is ideal for anyone who spends much of their day sitting—whether in an office, at home, or on the go. You’ll leave with simple, effective tools to reduce pain, improve posture, and support long-term comfort and mobility.
