Join Briana Cerezo for this gentle breathwork for emotional resilience class to calm the system and build body trust. You’ll start with easy, functional breathing, add a short guided connected-breath segment (optional), and close with simple tools you can use at home. Everything is invitational, with plenty of rest and accessibility options. Leave feeling steadier, clearer, and equipped with 2–3 quick resets for daily life.

Meet Briana

Briana is a transformational life coach, somatic practitioner, and trauma-informed breathwork guide. Through an integrative blend of somatic awareness, movement, meditation, and breathwork, she helps people reconnect with their innate wisdom, release what no longer serves, and embody their most authentic selves. Her work bridges insight and embodiment—supporting nervous system empowerment, emotional healing, and holistic integration through the body, breath, and spirit.
