This Change Your Energy, Change Your Life workshop is a two-hour journey is designed to help you reconnect with your energy, shift what’s been holding you back, and step more fully into the beautiful life you’re meant to live. Many of us move through life feeling like something is missing.
We do all the right things…
We build beautiful lives…
And yet, we still feel disconnected, tired, or not quite ourselves.
This workshop is a space to change that. Through guided discussion, gentle meditation, and energy-based practices, you’ll begin reconnecting with your physical body, your heart, and your inner knowing, creating alignment across all levels of your being.
As your energy shifts, so does your experience of life.
You may begin to feel:
- More clarity
- More calm
- More confidence
- More connection to yourself
- A renewed sense of possibility
This is not a lecture.
This is an experience.
You’ll be invited to reflect, explore, and connect in a grounded, supportive space. You are always welcome to share, and always free to participate in whatever way feels right for you. We’ll close the evening with a Reiki-infused sound bath, allowing you to settle into this new energy ~ giving your body and mind time to integrate, relax, and fully immerse in the awakened version of you.

When: Saturdays 5/16 & 6/20
Time: 4:00 – 6:00PM
Cost: $50 per session
Things to Bring: Please bring a yoga mat, journal, pen, and anything that helps you feel comfortable during the sound bath.

Meet Linda
Linda Rogers is the owner of Healing Tiger Reiki and a Reiki Master Teacher, sound healing practitioner, spiritual life coach, and intuitive energy healer. Her work is anchored in helping people reconnect with their inner voice, soften into their bodies, and return to a sense of wholeness that has always been within them. Through energetic work, meditation, and sound, she supports greater awareness, calm, and a deeper sense of belonging within oneself.
