Experience Yang Yin Yoga
This relaxing yoga class offers a balance of effort and ease. We begin with a gentle yet warming Yang sequence to gradually build strength and energy. Then we will transition into a more grounding yin based practice with longer held shapes and supported postures designed to release tension and calm the nervous system. Expect a sequence that blends movement and stillness, strength and softness. This yang yin yoga practice is designed to invite you into your day with a sense of presence and calm. Perfect for all levels.

Meet Alessa
Alessa Midtlyng received her RYT 200 hour certification from Pachananda Yoga Teacher Training Program in Cusco, Peru in 2020, with a focus on Vinyasa and Restorative. She first sought out yoga in 2016 when she began to venture onto the healing path and she then quickly found that yoga was the gateway to mental health and physical wellbeing. Over the years, her personal practice and teaching have expanded to include a deep love for practicing and sharing yin, where she witnessed transformative results in the realm of integration, sleep, nervous system regulation, and self awareness. She is passionate about holding space for students to slow down and reconnect to their bodies.
