Join us for a 3-part strength training class for perimenopause designed to help you feel strong, supported, and empowered through hormonal changes. Led by Dr. Jillian Ramirez, this series blends functional movement for hormonal balance with community connection and nourishment.
This perimenopause fitness class in Portland is ideal for anyone looking to reduce symptoms like fatigue, weight gain, and mood swings while building physical and emotional resilience. Whether you’re just entering perimenopause or already navigating the transition, you’ll leave each session feeling more grounded, capable, and connected.
Dates: Saturdays – May 31, June 14, June 28
Time: 60 minutes of guided functional strength training, followed by 30 minutes of social time
