Hatha Yoga – Monday Afternoons

Flow with intention and strength in this practice that blends the grounding principles of Hatha Yoga with the fluid movement of Vinyasa. Move mindfully through postures that build strength, flexibility, and awareness while connecting breath to movement. This class also integrates core-strengthening exercises to support balance and stability. Perfect for all levels seeking a well-rounded, energizing, and grounding practice.

Meet Chelsea
Chelsea is a yoga and qigong teacher with over 20 years of dedicated personal practice. A licensed massage therapist and Reiki Master, Chelsea is deeply devoted to the healing arts and holistic well-being. Guided by her own health journey, she views yoga and Qi Gong as essential practices for cultivating balance, harmony, and vitality in body, mind, and spirit. Her classes invite students to move with awareness, connect deeply, and cultivate and restore vital energy.
