Imagining the Year Ahead: An Experiential Exploration

Pause, reflect, and listen for what’s next
Before the year turns, you’re invited to slow down for an evening of reflection and renewal.
Through guided practices and gentle writing, we’ll take time to honor what this past year has held and listen for where life is inviting us next.
There’s no need for resolutions or plans—just a chance to arrive, reflect, and begin again from a place of presence.
What to Expect
- Guided practices to support inner listening
- Writing to deepen reflection
- Connection with others in a supportive group
