Meet Baby
Frances “Baby” Kramer, MA, RYT-500, MMTCP is a trauma-informed yoga therapist and mindful meditation teacher whose work weaves together movement, breath, and contemplative practice as pathways home to the body. Rooted in decades of teaching across Asia, Europe, and the United States, her classes offer a refuge for nervous-system repair, gentle strength, and embodied belonging.
Baby’s teaching draws from Oncology-Informed Yoga, restorative and yin practices, breath-based meditation, somatic awareness, and harm-reduction-informed counseling. She specializes in supporting individuals navigating illness, trauma, recovery, and major life transitions—honoring each person’s innate capacity for healing. Her approach is warm, grounded, and relational, guided by the belief that the body holds a quiet wisdom if we learn to listen.
