Slow Flow Yoga in Sellwood Park

Slow Flow Yoga in Sellwood Park
Join us for an evening of movement, breath, and connection in the beauty of Sellwood Park. This outdoor slow flow practice offers a gentle warming sequence designed to build calm strength, release the day, and invite you into a more grounded and spacious state of being.
Led by Maya Lake-Freeman, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, each class blends mindful movement, breath awareness, and restorative elements to support mobility, balance, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being. Practicing outdoors allows us to connect with the rhythms of the season, enjoy fresh air and open skies, and experience the steadying presence of nature as part of our practice.
This class is accessible to a variety of experience levels and offers a supportive space to move, breathe, strengthen, and unwind in community. Whether you’re new to yoga or have practiced for years, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, centered, and more at ease.
