Strength Training for EDS

Build Stability, Confidence, and Strength with a Focus on Joint Support
Join us for a one-day movement class designed to support people living with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) or joint hypermobility. Led by Dr. Jillian Ramirez, ND, this evidence-informed class will focus on foundational strength work technique and form, exercise stabilization, programming, and recovery tailored to the needs of hypermobile bodies with the goals of building strength and preventing injuries.
This foundational strength class is perfect for individuals with EDS or generalized joint hypermobility who want to feel stronger, safer, and more confident in their bodies. Modifications and support are provided throughout to ensure all participants feel empowered and informed.
