Join us for a mindfulness and breathwork group series designed to help you reduce stress, support your nervous system, and improve emotional well-being. Led by Dr. Andrew Conway, ND, this series combines accessible meditation practices, guided breathwork, and supportive instruction to help you build tools for daily resilience.
This beginner-friendly class is perfect for individuals looking to:
Learn the foundations of meditation and mindfulness
Explore simple breathing techniques to calm the body and mind
Improve focus, emotional balance, and overall wellness
Whether you’re new to mindfulness, managing daily stress, or seeking ways to feel more grounded, you’ll leave each session with practical skills you can integrate into everyday life.

Meet Andrew Conway, ND

My journey to naturopathic medicine in Portland started in my undergraduate studies at Santa Clara University in California when I began to question my own nutrition and eating habits. I had a love for medicine but began to realize that nutrition was the foundation for establishing sustainable health and wellness. The goal of treatment should not only be to cure and heal disease, but to provide you with the tools to support your own health moving forward. I strive to provide education so that you can lead a lifestyle that accomplishes such a goal. This also enables you to take control of decisions about your own health and enables shared decision making in the doctor-patient relationship.
