Somatic Strength + Slow Power Hatha

Slow doesn’t mean easy. Slow means precise, powerful, and sustainable.
Led by Maya Lake-Freeman and Alessa Midtlying, this somatic strength and slow power Hatha series is a grounded, deliberately paced strength class blending mindful resistance work, deep core engagement, and somatic awareness. Movements are slow enough to feel honestly, deeply, and safely—developing resilience from the inside out.
This is strength that supports the nervous system, honors pacing, and builds capacity without overwhelm.
Small group format — 6-person capacity. Advance registration recommended.
