This gentle, inwardly guided somatic movement flow invites participants to explore sensation, intuitive movement, and connection. This slow flow class emphasizes awareness, autonomy, and reconnecting with the body from the inside out. Through simple, accessible movement and guided awareness, participants are supported in building a deeper sense of connection, safety, and trust within their bodies.

Meet Kristen
Kristen Yates is a RYT-500 yoga instructor, breathwork facilitator, and trauma-informed somatic practitioner with over a decade of experience guiding individuals and groups in practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and embodied healing. Her work integrates yoga and breathwork, mindfulness, and somatic approaches to create spaces that are safe, inclusive, and responsive to each individual. Kristen’s teaching style is grounded, intuitive, and gently engaging, with an emphasis on choice, internal awareness, and meeting each individual exactly where they are. She is passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, build a sense of safety within themselves, and access the body’s innate capacity for vitality and authentic expression. She believes that meaningful transformation happens not only within the individual, but also in supportive, connected environments, and weaves a mindful relational space through all of her classes.
