Anti-Inflammatory Foods Workshop

Are you interested in decreasing inflammation due to a specific health concern, your naturopath’s recommendations, or a general desire to feel good? In this class, we define what truly is inflammation, and how we can mitigate it. It is a true celebration of vegetables where we discuss the different colors of our plant foods and what their individual properties and pigments can offer us. If you’re interested in an anti-inflammatory diet, or increasing your diet with more anti-inflammatory foods but don’t know where to begin, this class is for you. We focus on how to add in nutrient dense whole foods, herbs, and spices, in a realistic and fuss free way, so that you feel inspired! Be sure to come hungry, we will save time to enjoy the colorful and fresh meal we make together.
