- Journal: Pen + paper for insights
- Snack: A protein-rich bite for grounding post-session

Briana is a transformational life coach, somatic practitioner, and trauma-informed breathwork guide. Through an integrative blend of somatic awareness, movement, meditation, and breathwork, she helps people reconnect with their innate wisdom, release what no longer serves, and embody their most authentic selves. Her work bridges insight and embodiment—supporting nervous system empowerment, emotional healing, and holistic integration through the body, breath, and spirit.
