Join us for a one-day herb walk designed to deepen your connection with the native flora of the Pacific Northwest. Led by Dr. Andrew Conway, ND, this guided walk offers hands-on plant identification, traditional herbal uses, and tips for ethical wildcrafting.

Time: 3:00 – 4:30 PM | 90-minute guided walk with time for questions and discussion
Location: Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge, Portland, Oregon – We will meet at Heart Spring Health and walk over together
What to Bring: A notebook if you’d like to take notes, and clothing/gear for any weather
