
Strength Building for Hypermobility

Designed specifically for people living with hypermobility, this 60-minute strength class helps you build the stability and muscle support your joints need, without pushing into pain or end-range movement. But it’s more than just exercise — it’s also the sense of community that comes from sharing the space with others who understand what it’s like to live in a hypermobile body.
Each session builds progressively on the last — from foundational breathing and body awareness, to resistance band strengthening, to functional movement that carries over into everyday life.
What to Expect
- A safe, supportive environment where your energy levels and pain are always respected
- Bodyweight and resistance band exercises — no heavy lifting
- Emphasis on joint stability, proprioception, and moving with confidence
- A small group setting that fosters genuine community with others navigating hypermobility
No prior fitness experience required. All EDS subtypes and generalized hypermobility welcome.

Meet Kate

Kate Judd is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), and Integrative Health & Wellness Coach (NBHWC) whose work lives at the intersection of movement, breath, and nervous system health. She brings a whole-person, trauma-informed approach to every class — one rooted in the belief that sustainable change becomes possible when the body feels safe enough to support it.
Kate has a deep personal understanding of what it means to have a more complex relationship with your body, and she is especially passionate about creating spaces where everyone feels genuinely welcome. She loves being part of those moments when someone feels a little more capable, a little more steady, and a little more confident in themselves. The journey towards strength starts with one small step. See you in class!
