If you’re running on empty, stretched too thin, or just exhausted by the pace of it all — this class was made for you.

Yoga Therapy for Stress is a gentle, therapeutic yoga practice designed to help your nervous system shift out of overdrive and into genuine rest. Through breath, movement, and guided relaxation, you’ll learn to recognize when stress has taken hold — and how to find your way back to yourself.

At the heart of this class is the practice of checking in — pausing to notice what is present in your body, your mind, and your heart. This awareness becomes the bridge to understanding what you truly need, illuminating choices that nourish rather than deplete.

Each class is 60 minutes of slowing down on purpose. Over time you’ll build the capacity to feel less reactive, more grounded, and more like yourself.

Meet Kate

Kate Judd

Kate Judd is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and Integrative Health & Wellness Coach (NBHWC) whose work lives at the intersection of movement, breath, and nervous system health. She brings a whole-person, trauma-informed approach to every class — one rooted in the belief that sustainable change becomes possible when the body feels safe enough to support it.

Kate has used these practices to build greater resilience in her own nervous system, increasing her capacity to stay present and less reactive, and loves sharing this embodied wisdom. She is passionate about helping people begin to feel and connect to themselves in new ways — growing not just physically stronger, but in the quiet confidence that they can handle whatever life brings. She looks forward to sharing a long exhale in class.
