This class is designed for individuals who already have a foundational understanding of essential mat Pilates principles and exercises. Building on that base, sessions will focus on developing deeper core strength, enhancing stability, and improving overall mobility. Through a thoughtful progression of movements, participants will also work on refining posture, increasing body awareness, and strengthening coordination at both essential and intermediate levels. While the class is geared toward those with some prior experience, beginners are absolutely welcome.
