At Heart Spring Health, Diane is our revenue cycle management specialist. She works closely with our biller to ensure that your insurance and billing cycles are correctly processed for maximum benefit coverage. She assists with the coordination of follow up with the health plans accepted with Heart Spring Health. Within the scope of her role, she is able to assist with payer follow up, payment collection, and account research. Her background is in clinical benefit & eligibility coordination, revenue cycle management, presenting financial estimates and collection programming. Her role is to help with collaboration between your insurance and Heart Spring Health with any billing discrepancies.
Outside of work, Diane can be found exploring nature, long hikes, learning about herbal medicine, and exploring a good recipe. She continues to find joy in mindful living and spiritual wellness practices.
